The parallel fence is only fixed one end, better saws it's both end, if there is movement parallel fence then it will affect overall accuracy when ripping sheets. Similar to Evolution Fury5, Pingtek Blueline, POWERPLUS table saws. I look on Ebay for a Kity 419,great saw. Had several of these over the years. Some with a sliding carriage some basic tables. Look for ones with the cast iron centre table - heavy to move but a lot better than the cheaper one. There are several problems with these saw - as Kiab says the fence is fixed at one end and will move under pressure. The mitre gauge will rattle in the guide or stick neither is good. However, I had one like this for many years because it was light weight to move around. I made a top which fits on over the standard one and then made a fence that worked from that. There are a few videos on Youtube if you want to persevere
