Two storey extension - Wakefield and surrounding

Hi,
we currently own a dormer bungalow and have planning for a two storey side and rear extension. the work includes demo of garage in rear garden and moving this down the drive and then building above, reconfiguring the downstairs, new kitchen, bathrooms and everything else that goes with an extension!!
