    Hi

I want to fit some LED strips under some cabinets.

The LED strip will have max consumption of 2 amps on 12 volts.

The run from the driver to the strip will be about 1 metre.

The driver will be located on top of the cabinet.

Would 0.5mm speaker cable be suitable between the driver and the strip?

    Many thanks

Most LED cable is 0.35mm sqd so 0.5mm will be fine for that short length.
Make sure you connect it the right way round!
