Underfloor electric heating query on floor levels

I am pricing to install an under floor electric heating system in to a new-build extension on to a concrete floor, and I am undertaking the installation of the thermal insulation board, heating mat and self-levelling compound prior to the tiler laying the floor tiles.

I need to advise the builder of the level he needs to allow all the floor finishes to go on and match the existing finished floor level.

    Would this look reasonable:
Flexible tile adhesive and thermal insulation 13mm. U/f wiring mat and self-levelling compound 5mm. Tiling adhesive and floor tiles 12mm, total 30mm?

    Thanks

Depends on the thickness of your insulation boards and tiles, if they are both about 10mm then your calculations sound about right to me.
