Underfloor heating not working upstairs, it's fine downstairs.
    -pressure gauges stay at 40
    -pump working
-tried restarting by pressing button on limit thermostat, but it still doesn't work

any ideas to what the problem is?

Maria, you are going to have to post loads more info if anyone is going to be able to help you. Make and type of system, photo(s) of your set up, boiler (combi or heat only etc), control system etc etc.
Sounds like your boiler is ok so could be a control prob on the upstairs, anything from the timer, thermostat, motorised valve, pump.
Obvious things first, is there a call for heat?
I would think that you'll have to call someone in with a meter.

Need to know or see how demand is called for could be a stuck thermostatic valve or a stuck motorised valve or a controller issue

The reading on the pressure gauge is actually 20.
-the system is Kee Triple Tube Contraflow System
    - non of the parts are warm
    - the reset button is a black button on the high limit thermostat, which is an orange coloured box
    - for upstairs there are 6 only zone valves with auxiliary switches
    - the supply module contains system pump, in-line air separator, combined pressure temp gauge, pressure relief valve and temp control valves, along with motorised zone valves and auto-fill valve.
-the boiler is a Worcester green star HE

Is the pump running?? Is the boiler working for CH?? Are the Zone valves moving??

The pump is moving. The boiler is working, and the zone valves are moving.
But the pressure gauge is stuck at 20

20 what?? Is it a pressure or temp gauge and what controller do you have to call for the heat??

It's 20 degrees and 1 bar as it's a combined pressure and temp gauge

Each room is controlled by programmable room thermostats

What is the temp in the house like?? I'm thinking that a thermostat has failed and not calling for heat properly but if the valves are moving it could be a blockage or air locked

Hi Maria , I have exactly similaar system in our house (just moved a few months ago). similar to your problem the UFH does not work upstairs . I just found out from your post that our UFH system is "Kee Triple Tube Contraflow System" as we did not receive any user manual for the UFH system. may I ask how you ended up resolving this issue ? and is it possible to post more picture from the manual ...thanks alot
