Underfloor heating / thermostat question

Hi,

I've just moved into a new place that has under-floor heating. There are two thermostats that I think operate them for different bit of the house, but I have no idea how to use them.

There are no instructions and no make or model on the thermostat (and can't see any on the heating pipes). I've got a pic of one of the wall thermostats and some of the pipes.

Can anyone help???
