   Dear qualified builders!
   
   I have enclosed photos, is this damp coming from a lack of sealant? Should I add CT1 to the inside and outside of the underside of the uPVC doors? The other side is okay, just this side

   Billy, No point adding silicon to the inside as you want to stop water coming in from the outside, have you got any pictures of the condition of the outside, as this could just be condensation dripping down over a long period.
