If you purchase the Mains corded ones they are normally cheaper than battery type.
I got the Bosch GOP250 CE 240V for £95. So a lot cheaper than the Erbauer.
As you say you will use it very little makes sense to go 240V as no batteries to worry about.

You need a good diamond cutter. I have 2 and one of them is naff. It's not quick and takes about 5 mins to do 4 inches or less. Boring job. Also go lightly and ware ear defenders with music buds to stop you going mad. Take your time. Do a bit for 20 mins then let it cool down for 20 mins
