Vaillant turbomax plus 828e instructions to change diverter valve

I had the same problem but rather than change the whole unit and all that entails, I just swapped the actuator which is easily done in two minutes!! Just note how the operating lever rides in and out of the housing and clips over the rod that operates the valve proper. No further problems so far
