Waterproofing exterior single skin wall on house

    Hi,
    I'm looking for advice on what product to use to seal an external wall. Somebody prevoiusly built a kind of conservatory on the side of my house with normal red house bricks.
    Its single skin and faces the weather. It becomes damp in winter. There is a damp course so ive concluded its penetrating damp?
    Can anyone recommend the product to seal it. ?

    Well im assuming I should seal the outside??

    Well as you stated it's penetrating damp so you've assumed right! Or spend some money and render it with waterproofer in.
