wc with defective outlet

    I have a new wc with an outlet that is not symmetrical - manufactured incorrectly. Wondering what I can do to prevent leakage as outlet pipe is circular so not exact fit. I do not want to throw it away so any suggestions welcome?!!!

    In what way 'not symmetrical'?

    Not symmetrical , that's y we use flexible couplers .

    yes I have got to that conclusion - flexible connector/ coupler but have to find the right size -the external dimension varies between 95-105mm so the connectors at Toolstation are too big

    Can't you get the bigger one and then use a reducer to reduce down to 95mm?

    Have you got a plumbers merchants near you? If you just go in and tell them what size you need to go from and get down to they will give you the correct fittings :)
