What happened to Jit's 'Do People Change' thread?

Yep. She could have started her own bludy thread, but no , treats the forum like her own personal Twitter account.

 

Was up most of the night, so seen all the replies

Replied to her posts at about 3.30am and then again at 6am. at about 7-8am the thread dissapered totally.

Was going to be the one of the best threads, as was just going to explain the chisel analogy.

Not sure what's happened to MP

Would like the thread to be restored.

 

What happened to MP is that nothing's changed.

Came on here all cheerful and resolved - and then had a melt-down, hurling accusations at all and sundry.

So, alas, nothing's changed.

 

And that's why I don't watch TV 'soaps'

All a load of unbeliavble fiction

Dubious plot lines

So much drama day to day, can it really all be true

Whinging, moaning, hysterics, character assassinations, doom and gloom, blah blah blah and more blah

Did I mention fiction ?????

Sad really, more things in life to worry about, and that's 'real life' folks not some soap fiction rubbish

'Just Talk' forum sure...... But there should be some standard of discussion to maintain integrity

Ok, unfair on Miss P - there is definitely an ok person in there trying to be brave enough to actually 'expose herself'. But she can't - she's terrified and vulnerable.

What a shame.

If you are terrified and vulnerable, the best thing to do is to just be terrified and vulnerable - and people will love you for it and not take advantage. Usually. And if they try, you simply tell them to foff.

But if you instead go into attack mode - "I'll get you before you have a chance of getting me" - then you're stuffed, I'm afraid.

Worse still, is that people will then try and take advantage - and won't even feel bad or guilty about doing so. 'Cos they won't have any natural empathy.

It's hellish, really
