Whats wrong with the oil filled radiators at Screwfix at the minute? Overheard one staff member asking if they were being sent back to the manufacturer. The other staff member said no and they are still on sale which suprised the first staff member. This is a little worrying.
Hi @DCUK6 There was a recall of a couple of oil filled radiators in the beginning of December. We contacted all the known purchasers and placed notices on our website and in our stores. I understand these have all be returned. Since this time we have obtained new stock, which is now available to purchase online and in our stores. Thank Peter. This was in December. Was going to get that one later that day but decided against it. Now my radiator has packed up I'm looking again.
