I've offered an example of where a replacement screw might be found..end of.

Ok, I'll take my laptop apart in the vain hope that one of the screws will fit the part that I haven't yet identified. Now my laptop doesn't work, nor the other thing.

Or even eBay has them , just look for m1 x 6mm machine or micro screws .
See if you can get hold of a set of verniers to measure the diameter properly .
