I'm trying to choose a multi cutter and I'm looking at the Bosch or the Dewalt:

    or

The Bosch is more expensive but the blades seem more widely available, while the dewalt has a number of unique features and has an adapter that allows you to use blades from other manufacturers.

Has anyone got any experience of these tools and if so would they like to give me some advice.

I have the cordless dewalt and really like it , I like the different on off trigger position it works well I find, using adaptors for other blade manufacturers isn't really a big deal.
To be honest I mainly swayed to the dewalt as I already had a load of 18v batteries as so could buy the unit bare however having used bosch and makita, I still prefer it. Although ultimately my older corded fein is still a pleasure to use and I'd certainly recommend looking at a fein if you use multi tools a lot, certainly worth the extra cost in the long run.

I've got a Fein Multimaster and it's great but I haven't used any other make. The blades are expensive but you can get pattern parts off the net.
