Which silicone sealer to use?

I have to remove and refit my under mounted stainless steel kitchen sink to reseal to worktop - granite. I intend to completely remove so I can ensure all traces of the old silicone are removed but am unsure which silicone to use to refit. Dow Corning appear to have lots of different mixes and there are of course an arms length of other brands, any recommendations/suggestions appreciated. Not looking for cheapest but best overall product.

The reason I have to refit is due to the original installation not having sufficient fixings that allowed too much strain on the silicone. It's a one & a half bowl that only has fixings at the ends, nothing to support along the length allowing flexing. Something I'm going to have to sort before refitting.

    Thanks

Can't go wrong with Dow Corning

    Quality stuff
    Smooth to apply
Nice to tool off / profile
    Go for it
