   Does anyone know who supplies wilkinsons trade contract emulsion and is it any good for a mist coat as it's only £10 for 10 litres.

   if it's mat and white or very light - then yes, it's fine.
   
   I used Wilko mat white ceiling paint watered down 50:50 for the first coat, then added about 3 more coats, thicker each time before finishing with various Crown Trade emulsions.
