Wiring Trace heater into Ferroli Optimax he31c

Anyone can tell me how to do this I'm not an electrician or a plumber but have experience in both however I'm not 100% on where i wire this into. I think its on the terminal block on the PCB but if someone can confirm this I would be more than happy to carry out the work myself.
