Worcester 7-year warranty - annual service req'd?

Hi.

Sis-in-law had a Worcester combi fitted nearly 3 years ago. The installer - an approved Worcester bloke - said "It doesn't need seeing now for 3 years..."

I've suggested to sis that an annual service by a Worcester-approved installer is part of the requirement for this warranty.

Can anyone confirm, please - 'cos she's selling the flat and I reckon she won't now have the benefit of the extended warranty.
