worktop join with "diy" router?

    I didn't think you could cut those with a standard router bit!

    The are acrylic, so a top end double fluted tungsten carbide cutter probably going to cost somewhere near £50 for the bit alone

    You can cut them with standard but as there only sound surface 9mm then chipboard core but he will also need to biscuit joint and bolt and a really good quality random orbital sander and dust extractor!!!
