Would you recommend an Aqualisa Quartz?

    And are they good value? (i.e. you get what you pay for)

    They aren't cheap, but look and seem great

    I have fitted around 20 of them so far. I recommend them all the time.

    And they are easy to fit too

  3. I used one, at a customers, (not to shower, but to purge thro water following a cylinder change), well impressed!
     
  4. yeah, excellent...easy, quick install...good pressure... aesthetically pleasing.... but not the axis, as it looks and feels cheap... go for the quartz

    I'm with m3 here, just the black/chrome shower AXIS head looks cheapo compared to the Quartz (NEW - Improved - I think they just changed the flashing lamp colours- actually). The
    Ensure the digital Mixer (if you're using it) is sat on an insulating bed (concrete slab?) esp if its in the loft above the shower - they are not silent units, not ever-so noisy, just not silent.

    Thanks for the advice all - will look out for a good bed for it ;)
