    Hi quick question when putting a new soil pipe into an existing inspection chamber , can you put it in at the same height as one that is already there say half way up or do you have to take it down to the bottom.

    Not sure what you mean, "half way up", can you lost a pic or two.
     
  3. Normally, conection is made at invert level, via a slipper into existing channel.
    Sounds like you already have a tumbler, ie pipe half way up chamber.
    Best to run it by bco first.

    The existing outlet is about 8 inches off the bottom of the chamber.

    Is that outlet connected to a toilet or is it just a waste water run.??
