True. Sometimes you have to use a tool as it was not intended to get something done, sometimes things are out of your control ( a nail deflecting off a knot and shooting through your thumb for e.g.) You can only be as careful as you can be
Fair point. Still some tools I'll never even consider using for anything other than it's intended purpose. Angle grinder is a perfect example.
Mine so far has been a pair of work boots with slippy soles in combination with a damp path and a kerb.
