Yep, setting up, determining the best layout, chatting, cup of tea etc soon eat up the time. Once first couple of rows are down and get into a rhythm then it does go down pretty quick. I hate rushing, but did I ever tell you about the time when I layed 1000m in 2 days?!
i read this forum first time tonight, what a load of bullocks.some of you guys work very cheap.are you skilled or not?
When I ever I think about doing a job at the weekend, its takes me until around 3pm Sunday to setup, determine the best way of doing it and "chatting testicles" etc!
Yep, can be a pain and can quickly rob the moral! Trying to streamline my operation at the mo...van as organised as possible, all tools sorted and working as should etc. Little things really that can rob you of time and energy...it all adds up over the course of a day/week
I don't know what you charge, but last time I checked £100,000 , £90,000 and £85,000 weren't cheap... Let me think, do I want a Jaguar or 13m2 of laminate flooring? Scrap that, if I had £100,000 to throw around I'd spend the whole lot on Festool gear...
Makes sense with some of the bs that he's said. There is one way to check. Crazyworld, are you homophobic?
