Evening everyone just need some advice with my airing cupboard I’m gonna build shelves in after the hot water cylinder has been removed and the walls have been plastered. Only thing is I need to repair the floor and the joists ain’t in the best place to cover straight over with mdf. Any advice on the best way to resupport the floor to cover it up? Thanks

Just fit some timber to the side of joists and some cross sections and fit some new floor boards on top.. A blob of pink grip and a screw to hold joists and it will be fine

    Agree with Wayners.
I did this plus added a small radiator and slatted shelves and I had an airing cupboard again but with more space.
