I am fitting a new oven and hob the circuit is 10mm on a 32amcb through a isolator switch with a socket incorporated and ending at a duel connecter plate my question is am I ok to run 6mm to the hob and 6mm to a fused spur then 6mm to the oven if no wire supplied

  2. Connect both to the dual outlet plate.

thanks so split from 10mm to two 6mm at the outlet one to a13a fused spur for the oven as per instruction book and the other to the 6kw hob

spirits are real 2016 Screwfix Select

you will find it hard getting six mm in a fcu you could run 4mm from the duel plate to a double socket then put the oven on a 13amp plug and 6mm to the hob.

  5. Do the instructions actually stipulate a fused spur?

currys say a 13a spur but the instructions say power 3200-3500 13-15a

  7. Curry's are wrong that loading is too much for a 13a spur 3200 @230 volts is 13.91 amp, pull them up on that.

Just connect the two items in the dual outlet.

Sorry got the wrong info on the net the rating is 2.3kw so one 6mm to the hob and the other 6mm to a 13a spur then 4mm to the oven all on the 10mm and 32amcb
