This is going round and round and round. You repeatedly state facts and then try and "prove" it with erroneous info or outdated info or speculation.
No that was a link to the precidents set, this the reasoning the governments decision, come on you just haven’t read the link or the appendix
Its speculation on what might happen.
no that’s the precedent that the attorney general has advised the HS is the basis of his decision
So let me get this right. Originally you stated the UK could make someone stateless. Lots of countries can, Australia can etc etc Thats been established as factually incorrect. Now you are saying actually she has had her citizenship removed because Javid reckons she has another citizenship. So seemingly now you are acknowledging that actually in order to have citizenship removed you have to another citizenship. Which is precisely the opposite of what you originally thought? So in short Sajid Javid cannot make someone stateless because if she does get Bangladeshi citizenship its within the law. If she doesnt then its outside the law. All I have said is that he cannot leave someone without citizenship.
I’m not sure you are reading the same thing, people who are born to Bangladeshi citizens living in the uk are automatically give Bangladeshi citizenship there is a source within the link where you can read the full case study
no that’s the precedent that the attorney general has advised the HS is the basis of his decision
My god. You are now arguing against yourself. At the beginning you reckoned he could leave her stateless. As in no citizenship anywhere Now you are saying he revoked her citizenship precisely because he wasnt going to leave her statelesss as she has Bangladeshi citizenship.
I’ve already said I was mistaken as I wasn’t aware the UK adopted that rule fairly recently however prior to that the uk had an exemption as I have provided evidence of.
So why are you wasting time then. Why not just say you didnt really understand this subject at the beginning of this thread. And that now you do.
My god. You are now arguing against yourself. At the beginning you reckoned he could leave her stateless. As in no citizenship anywhere Now you are saying he revoked her citizenship precisely because he wasnt going to leave her statelesss as she has Bangladeshi citizenship.
Do you think There is a high chance she may hold dual citizenship?
What do you mean I have nothing? You are now agreeing with what I said initially. That Javid is not allowed to leave someone stateless.
