    At present she has no Bangladeshi citizenship.

    So by my understanding Javids removal of citizenship is against International Law at present.

    If her status Bangladesh wise changes them that will alter the situation.

    Lets be clear.

    In order for Javids action to be legal her status with regard to Bangladesh has t change

    But if you read the case study you would see it’s been established that as her father is a Bangladeshi citizen then she automatically has Bangladeshi citizenship

    All I am interested in is that the law is followed.

    So to draw a line under this.

    Certainly for me.

    It seems that the fact that Sajid Javid is not allowed to leave someone stateless is now fully established.
