No it couldn't of been as there is a lip on all the panels which hangs over the floorboards and there's no lip at the top, where the roof panels attach. I made my dad put his glasses on to read the instructions properly and I supervised! :)

I've tried a few different ways using different programmes and formats, but can't seem to get the resolution low enough to load on this forum :(

PaulaB, then as we asked AT post up some pictures so we can have a look at whats going on.

I think Kiab recommends Tiny pic .co.uk, or something like that.

Looks like water is getting through between the tongue and groove, my guess is that the fit isn't very good and there's a space in between where the boards meet.

Yes, same problem with both Paula's & Amanda's.

Think I suggested to someone else on this site, that need to remove outer T&G & fit a water barrier to frame, then refit T&G, & seal as you fit them back.

Panels were as delivered by the company I bought them from, no visible gaps between tongue and groove boards. Outside has had three coats of Ronseal Plus paint as well?

Wouldn't that mean taking the whole summerhouse to pieces again though?

Yes, pretty much. I think the panels aren't the best quality and the fit between boards is not good. Don't think there is any easy fix unfortunately.

Paula she might not be around.
    How old is your one??
I think you need to get onto the supplier & tell them about it. Suggest they replace it with one that doesn't leak, or refund.
As Kiab said, not fit for the purpose.

Erected two weeks ago, been back to the supplier they said its needs to be well painted on arrival. Have put on 5lts of Ronseal, three coats, the picture is after that painting took place!!

    Total BS!

You could put on 500ltrs of Ronseal & it would still leak!

Poor cladding not fit for purpose.
