    Good afternoon

I’ve got new ceramic/glass hobs & have noticed after using a pan on it that it’s picked up some nasty scratches on it.

Is there any products that can get these out or make them look slightly better?

Any tricks to stop this from happening in the future? Is it essential to have flat bottomed pans as the one I used has slight ridging on the bottom.

    Many thanks

Pans should be smooth &flat bottomed, which is essential..

Some ceramic hob cleaners will polish out fine scratches.

No use to your question but we had a glass Smeg gas hob £500.00 after 15 months it exploded into a million pieces while a pan was on it simmering

That is it, & the name I could not remember yesterday, they sell in in Morrisons & The Range.
