Hi, moved into a house not long ago. The whole house is rendered with colour through render. Not only is it patchy but when wet can notice eggshelling with loads of fine cracks. So I will be painting it eventually, I'm presuming normal paint won't prevent the egg shelling effect when wet? So what's the best way to get a good finish? Thanks in advance
Hi, thanks I just did. Doesn't sound at all what I need, said mainly used for commercial painting. I just need something which will cover the hairline cracks
I'll try get some when light and wet.. I think it's quite new no more than 18.months max, just a bad job. Thanks
Also found this, from Dulux looks like it will do the job, anyone used it? https://www.dulux.co.uk/en/articles/dulux-weathershield-ultimate-protection
