    Hi,

I'm looking into next year building an outdoor kichen area and one end of my patio, now my proposal as it stands is to replace a section of the fence coming away from my garage with a rendered wall.

My question is - if i was going single skim breezeblock for the wall, is there any specific height that I couldn't go above?

An example of what I'm proposing is like the image attached, although I wouldn't have the timber structure above, just a rendered wall.

I know that is the height for planning permission, but has my current height of fence is 8ft, I'm allowed to go that high again (checked with planning).

My question is a technical limit, what is the technical limit for a breeze block wall? If I go 8ft will it just topple over in the wind?

You talking to a proper newbie here when it comes to brickwork, what pillars are you describing?

if the wall is 100mm thick you will need to add another 100mm ever 2000 mm
