    Hi all,
I'm intending to re-tile my kitchen floor. Existing tiles are laid on a screed floor. What is the best method for lifting the old floor tiles? I re-tiled my Utility Room floor a couple of months ago and lifted the old tiles with a good old hammer and chisel, but it took ages to chip off the adhesive and leave a smooth level floor for re-tiling. Was thinking of buying an SDS Drill with chisel action. Is this my best option, or any alternatives you can suggest?

Many thanks in anticipation for the advice.

SDS drill with a wide spade bit is the best solution
