I need to terminate 1 twin and earth lighting cable in my bathroom. This i because I'm planning to remove 2 old 9W IP44 dome lights and reuse 1 of the connections with a IP65 18W new dome light, capping off the old lighting connection. This means capping off one 1.5mm^2 earth, neutral and live cable

Can I use a spring wire connector cable clamp terminal block (CH2) to do this? I bought this product: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B01NGU80LM/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

It was described as a cable clamp.
