I have 3 electric veluxes in extension. They come with a 3pin plug attached. Manual says you can cut off 3pin and connect fused spurs if you want to. If I put them on their own circuit can’t I just extend all 3 back to the board?

All you are going to do is cause problems where there are none. If it was a good idea to extend all 3 and connect at the board then the manual would have suggested it is a good idea.
Stick with the plug or install spurs they are your options.

Why will you need access to the spur mine is in the loft so I can isolate it if working on it and I just use the remote control to open and close it

    Spurs or 1G Sox.

Anything else will be grief when they fail and need replacing.

Run a circuit to the 3 spurs.

They’re usually done with unswitched fused spurs on reveal adjacent to velux.
