Hi all, looking to paint over these masonry tiles on a 1930s semi. Any recommendations on the best paint that will help cover the cracks as well as act as a good weatherproof layer?

Take a look at Bedec Extra Flex, probably will be the best masonry paint to deal with those cracks.

Thanks, would I need a primer before this? It looks good from what I have read but can't find if I need to primer first or just a good clean then apply it

No primer required , good preparation is key, remove any old, lose and flaking paint and carry out any necessary repairs. Instructions will be on the container.

    They’re not tiles

What are they? Are they just concrete slabs?

It’s just render made to look like ‘tiles’.
