I am making an alcove cupboard, for a flat screen TV on an extending arm. The doors will be about 1m high x 450 wide each, one will go flat against the wall the other needs to return so the TV is visible when extended/facing the room.

If I use Blum hinges, will this work?

Plus for the panel doors previously I have made them from 18mm MDF with cut outs. Presumably if I used 3x1 for the rails and stiles it might move?
