    Gday all,

I currently have a large detached house and i'm looking at splitting it into semis. Currently 6 beds and would ideally look at a 2 bed and a 3 bed split.

There is a natural split in the hallway and there would be no additional extension work needed. Bricking up of 3 doorways and putting in an external door. 1 new bathroom and a kitchen and an angled staircase required. +all plumbing and electrics seperating out.

Any rough ideas on costs and any pitfalls that anybody could foresee?

All advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Jnola

Sound, fire, insulation and splitting the loft space all need to be addressed....oh and don't forget to tell the council too!
