Hi All! Please could someone help me identify the wardrobe catch in the pic attached - it's on the outside edge of a wardrobe door - there are two and one has broken so seeking to buy a new one to replace the broken one with something similar. It's brass, oval on shape with a kind of scoop mechanism - even to know what it's called would be very helpful! Many thanks and happy new year!
looks like a sash fastener, our hosts sell them but not the right style for you, this isn't a bad match http://www.ironmongerydirect.co.uk/...811/fitch_sash_fastener_polished_brass/369837
Yup....sash window catch. http://traditionalironmongerycompany.clickforward.com/products/sash-window-fasteners?pg=0 http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BRASS-SAS...Turn-Catch-Latch-Wooden-Fixture-/191062500517
Many thanks, RW Carpentry - that looks like a good match - better than anything I was able to find - much appreciated!
