That is a sobering thought! And explains why we have a RemainBrexit attempt. Think I will call it Remainexit.
No laws were broken as opposed to the leave campaign. Who was in charge of brexit, who was foriegn secretary, who is leader of the house, who is trade secretary, who is enviroment secretary, who is home secetary, who is defence secretary, all leavers.
Was that me? Oops, sorry, indeed it was. I mentioned the EU money should have been used on U.K. roads and the thread lost itself in Brexit
I did like that! But question is, - Would that be attempted democratic sanity? or, - attempted undemocratic sanity?
Maybe I should have said RULES, akin to laws in real terms. Any road you only won be 11 votes, so I want a second vote.
He actually did get a beat down from Andrew! I am glad I watched that! What arrogance to think he could just take over the programme from Andrew Neil. I loved when he squirmed when the rise of the Far Right in actual government in some other countries was put to him, with the question - Was it their media to blame? Anyone who hasn’t seen on BBC the latest ‘This Week’ programme, watch it on BBC iPlayer. Nice to see a little bully being put right
Christ, another thread becomes Brexit....... Calm down, calm down,,,, I take it none of you are car owners,,,, you don't seem to get punctures( only your ego appears .to be liable to deflation) Really only wanted to ask a question on electrics, but dare not ask now
Was my fault on this thread. Unintentional, but I started it with a EU mention and everyone else followed.
Well I, for one, only ever called Leavers “Stupid, uneducated, racist, too old to vote” when they were. So I wouldn't call that a put-down, only an explanation for their behaviour and choice at the Ref. Only kidding - I haven't actually called Leavers “Stupid, uneducated, racist, too old to vote”. (Apart from the racist ones). But, blimey Heat, even if I had you reckon it would have been hard to be insulted worse?! You have got to be kidding! Soz, I mean you have got to be a Leaver. Or else you haven't read the Unintended Consequences thread recently...
