Cutting Alusplash

    32 Tooth worked fine for me, just don't rush it, cut it outside and as Metro says clean clean clean between cuts (before you move the alusplash after cutting) as it is not a clean product to cut.

    Thanks, I used a 36 tooth circular saw in the end.

    No worries, I read all of your posts on the subject and referred to the website for as much information as I could get before starting. Actually it was your thread that drew my attention to the product in the first place, so thanks. Did you seal it, the website recommends Soudal Silirub?
