Hi, the fixings that came with the toilet seem too small.

Presumably the supplier has longer fixings but they're shut til Monday.

Any thoughts on a quicker fix?

It's from Royal Bathrooms online. No name chinese make i expect.

Customer services said send them a photo of the problem but they're closed til Monday now.

  7. Hopefully they can help out then, would be strange to sell a toilet without selling the fixing kit suitable for it. If not I would use packers underneath, all tightened up nicely, and then bead of silicone around the pan to finish off. Either that or send it back and get a pan with standard fixing holes

Replace the brackets with pieces of wood.

  10. I’d probably use 10mm plastic shims/packers to pack it up if that what it comes too and the supplier doesn’t provide an alternative. Will give u a good even spread below the L shaped bracket. And will hopefully just be a case of loosening the bolt, and sliding underneath and retightening. After it’s all fitted and siliconed around the pan it shouldn’t be going anywhere.

Thanks all. I've got some U shims so I'll give them a go.
