In just two weeks time it's the big yearly music night yet again.
We must all wait patiently with baited breath until then to find out if the UK can improve on last years zero point finish (well it can't get any worse can it)!

Here is a link to a good version of our Eurovision entry 2022 "Spaceman" by Sam Ryder.

Sounds a bit "Elton J" to my ears.
Plenty of really good songs in this years contest.
Have a listen and post up your own personal Eurovision Winner and even the ones that you don't like.:(

    Challenge accepted.

I know you enjoy it and wind us up annually with it but it's a dire waste of public money IMHO.

ISTM there's only one possible winner, no matter what the songs are like. I think, looking at the history of the event, it had outlasted its purpose by about 50 years.

Just looked at the Ukraine entry; unfortunately it is dire!

Tip.....If you fancy a little putt down the bookies, the favourite song has now won for as many years as I can remember.

This year we will not come last, that place is reserved for Russia.:)

Just two days to go now, although by the looks of it the Ukraine have it in the bag.
Believe it or not the UK are 2nd favourites to win the competition at 15/2 (believe it when we see it eh?).

Wishing all screwfixer's a very happy Eurovision night and all stay up right to the end.:)

I'd rather stick my head in deep fat fryer, it would be much less painful

Surely everyone knows Ukraine will win... It's just political nonsense!

I agree in the respect that it should not be political, however it remains a fact that politics have always been a feature of the contest and if it somehow contributes to the easing of the dreadful situation that the Ukraine now finds itself in then it can't be a bad thing when they win.
The only problem is that how can the Ukraine host next years contest?
Could this be a reason why the UK are the 2nd favourites this year?

Just sit back with a cold beer and enjoy the night is my advise.

Ukraine will almost certainly be the winner..........................it would be worth watching if Russia was allowed to compete...............................it would of been great to see them come last with "nul pwa" :D

WARNING - EAROLE DAMAGE WARNING - WARNING

8pm tonight the euro squawkfest begins, don't dare listen, the only thing you would hear is sqawking in 57 different languages, singing will never be the same, go to bed early (thats what Europeans do). you have been warned.
