Any ideas where I can get some decent V profile T&G to make an external ledged and braced door?

All the sheds/merchants seem to sell is 15mm pine cladding. Was looking for something around 20mm thickness to avoid warping, preferably not soft pine!

Difficult to get Vee T&G in this thickness. I used T&G floorboards and then ran the router down the joints with a vee bit. This looked okay but it was only for an outhouse door I did for someone. It really depends on what quality level you want. I saw some Oak ledged and braced doors for £100 each recently. They were a bit marked but would have easily rubbed up clean. Worth having a look around internet.

Thanks guys. Looks like I will use some flooring and stick the router on the boards. It's only for an outhouse door anyway. Can't get anything else in my neck of the woods!

    Cheers
