Hi I have a customer a farmer who has a workshop approx 1/3 of a mile away from main farm house that has been burgaled 4 times recently .It has a alarm fitted but by the time he gets there (hes knocking on a bit) they have nicked his tools etc and gone .Any ideas or suggestions welcome.
master blaster [very loud mains powered siren] inferno sounder [produces a horrible sound that no hearing person could stand, nor can the sound be located. dosn't cause perminant damage] smoke cloak [fills room with harmless smoke, can't nick what you can't see]
See what the security engineer thinks. This will really make him feel important.:8} hmm... SEMI, very apt name
** the alarm. Just make it secure. A dog, iron bars, spikes, or just get tony martin to do the night watch [Edited by: admin5]
master blaster [very loud mains powered siren] inferno sounder [produces a horrible sound that no hearing person could stand, nor can the sound be located. dosn't cause perminant damage] Reminds me of a home made car alarm I had once. Didn't see the point in a sounder under the bonnet, everyone ignores a car alarm going off. So instead I had the largest and loudest set of air horns I could find, under the drivers seat. It was painfully loud inside. The theory being no thief would want to stand the pain just to nick my radio. Glad it never went off by mistake when I was driving
It has a alarm fitted but by the time he gets there (hes knocking on a bit) they have nicked his tools etc and gone .Any ideas or suggestions welcome. Build one Closer to home. I certainly would if it had been broken into 4 times and all my tools keep getting half inched.
Get a smoke generator, it fills the room with non toxic black smoke in 15 seconds, they wont get anything except a broken nose from tripping over.
easy If he's a farmer he will have a 12 bore. Install a wireless IP camera on a pan tilt unit and lash the 12 bore on the pan tilt head, a couple of detectors to preset the camera then he can watch as he lets rip and have a laugh.
