Dear All, I realise I am probably going to be shot down in flames for even daring to suggest the following but here goes: - are there any reasons for not wiring all lighting circuits using one of the many RF swithing systems on the market, From a purely layperson standpoint these systems appear to offer a great deal of flexibiliy in position of switches & control of multiple circuits with out resulting to the expense of LUTRON type gear and trashing the walls during installation. I look forward to the ensuing debate DD
Lokkars, I have a really horrible feeling that I have upset you, in which case please accept my apologies. Only interested in sparkies opinions on the matter regards DD
RF and IR switches are becoming more common - definitely a backward step in my book. They are OK until you lose the remote control or the batteries pack in on a Sunday evening. Mind you they say candlelight can be romantic.
