Hi folks. The legs on my dining chairs keep coming loose. Can anyone recommend a suitable glue/adhesive? Thank you.

With a product name like that the OP probably thinks you are a wind-up merchant too!

as said cascamite, titebond, pvu , all good, main thing is it,s no good just piling on more glue. the legs need taking out and scraping (not sanding) till clean then gluing back with whatever form of clamp is easiest

Usually you have to undo a few joints to repair the main faulty joint, if you can do that. Otherwise its drilling through the existing sections into the joint and injecting the glue, then plugging with a dowel. Its not much good just going round the crack in the joint with a poncy little tube of car boot glue.

I use one hour windowcare for these jobs.

    Loose Leg Glue

Captain, I've found that Wobbly Leg Glue is better, easier to apply and smells less. For extra insurance, supplement the glue with a 6" nail. ("Never-Fails Nails")
