the tiles that usually hang on a bay window (rosemarys I think)!!!! the estate near me has had theirs painted with a dark redish paint!!....

my question is! what sort of paint is it? is it just normal masonary paint? or is it something else?

    House and Home,

'Brick and Tile Paint' which is usually an alkyd matt paint pigmented with red oxide.

Made by a number of manufactuters such as Ronseal, Rustin, Johnstones, Coo-Var and International.

    Don't do it.
Painted tiles/bricks look gash, especially in red.
It's just another future maintenance job!
