    Morning all,

We have a 'Heatrae Sadia cold water valve set part no. 95605869' that is leaking - nothing serious, about a drip every 10 minutes.

I've checked the compression joints and the hex-head bolts, (that's as far as my plumbing abilty goes!!), and all appear to be tight.

Can this thing be repaired or must it be replaced??

I understand that plumbers have to be registered to work on pressurised systems - what certification or similar should I be asking a plumber for??

It's probably fixable, depending on where the leak is coming from of course.
Ask the plumber if he's got an unvented (G3) cert.

You don"t say exactly where the leak is I assume you are refering to the Pressure reducing valve which could be leaking on the filter housing seal which can be replaced or on the commpression nuts which can be sorted. If the leakis on the handle spindle possibly a new valve is required.
