Got an outdoor weatherproof light switch which I need to get inside. Two tone grey plastic surface box and face plate, no manufacturers marking on it. Large (most of front) single panel rocker for the switch. There are no visible screws.

How do I get inside ?
Just prise the face plate away from the box?
Or can access be gained by removing the switch itself ?

Just looking for a little guidance before I wreck it !
    thanks

Sounds like the light switch is foolproof as well as weatherproof. :)

Just unclip the switch rocker and the screws will be revealed underneath. Easy to prize the rocker off with a large screwdriver. :)

A bit like this but I think you have your work cut out with a light switch enclosure to be honest.

    Quite agree.

But I'm in now thanks to the help from unphased. Things are easy - when you know how.
